The
Denver Adult Down Syndrome Clinic is designed to assist families in identifying
and addressing many of the medical and psychosocial issues faced by adults
with Down syndrome. The medical evaluations and services that our licensed
clinical social worker provides are very helpful to families and care
providers in identifying social and other resources for enabling individuals
with Down syndrome to create their own paths to fulfillment and success.
We provide copies of the detailed reports directly to families as well
as the patient's primary care physician. We also maintain a variety of articles and reference materials. Examples of the most commonly requested materials are also available online in our Family Resources section. |
