Denver Adult Down Syndrome Clinic is located in the Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN) Potomac Street Health Center on the campus of The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA) North Campus. It is on the northeast corner of 6th Avenue and Potomac Street in Aurora.

• From I-70 or I-25 go to I-225.

• From I-225 exit 6th Avenue West.
• Go west one block to Potomac Street.
• Turn right (north) on Potomac.
• Go past the main hospital, past the physician office buildings labeled 730 and 750, and turn in to the parking lot of TMCA at the entrance furthest north.
• The clinic is attached to the hospital/ physician office complex on the north side facing the large black glass building.

• From Denver go East on Alameda to Potomac Street. Turn left (north) on Potomac Street, then follow the directions above.
