The Denver Down Syndrome Clinic was established through financial support from the Mile High Down Syndrome Association and Eleanor Roosevelt Institute.

Funding is currently provided by The Denver Foundation, The Galen and Ada Belle Spencer Foundation, the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Education Fund, and the Mile High Down Syndrome AssociationMCPN provides space and support for the Clinic. We also work with the Autism Society and the Alzheimer's Association.

The Clinic also receives support from private donations, the annual wine tasting event, and a hearts annual appeal fundraiser held at Valentine's Day.

Our current offices are located at the Aurora Medical Center, 700 Potomac Street, Suite A, in Aurora. The Denver Adult Down Syndrome Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is continually seeking additional support from foundations and individuals in order to expand its services.
